Who was in the bunker today (dogs and humans)?

Full house.

What did we have for breakfast?

Yogurt, granola, peanut butter balls.

What did we have for lunch?

Shrimp fried rice.

What did we have for dinner?

Mixed greens, arugula, red pepper, and tomato salad; carbonara with bacon, squash, spinach.

Did we exercise and how?

Patrick did PT, hill walking, Jon did his Patrick weight set, Mack and Calvin ran.

Any leisure activities?

Class of 2013 Zoom call (Jon & Patrick have a tight group of friends from their graduating class, Anne participated as well).
